I want to tweak the FIFA 2006 World Cup Wallpaper but I need to start with a blank swirl without the logo:

Now I'm good at cutting and editing existing work but I can't create anything myself. I've heard you can get that swirl effect (and I've seen some wallpaper before with similar/same effect) with some automatic thing like a Photoshop command :(

Anyone know how?

I don't know exact steps w/Photoshop but I imagine it's done using polar coordinate and swirl filters, or something like that - ones that come with PS or ones people download. There's probably several ways to get it done, some better than others, some more 'shortcut-y' and some more pro.

This isn't exactly what you want, but it might give you a clue on one or two ways to do things. Tons of tutorials out there, google the swirl.

Still gaming with my 9900k/2080ti/32 ram. One day I suppose a game may inspire me to finally upgrade. Maybe.

Results may vary.
