LostStraw Posted May 11, 2006 Posted May 11, 2006 I think it's a choice. Vista has some unique features which we don't know yet exactly. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> I think the fact DirectX10 drivers only work on Vista might have something to do with it... <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Although, it probably wouldn't be too much trouble for them to get DX10 working in 2000 or XP. I guess they want to give people a "reason" to upgrade their OS.
Dark Moth Posted May 11, 2006 Posted May 11, 2006 Don't like Diablo so I doubt I'll like this game. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Yeah. Don't let the fact that it's a completely different game derail you.
Dark_Raven Posted May 11, 2006 Posted May 11, 2006 Don't like Diablo so I doubt I'll like this game. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Calling you narrowminded would be an understatement. Hades was the life of the party. RIP You'll be missed.
Llyranor Posted May 11, 2006 Posted May 11, 2006 Yeah, you tell him, DR! (Approved by Fio, so feel free to use it)
Darque Posted May 11, 2006 Posted May 11, 2006 I can forgive Hades's lack of intrest, I mean it is a game of a similar nature.... while I think he is a bit hardheaded at times, I get the feeling games that require reflexes aren't his thing. To each their own.

To each their own. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Usually the results of slow thinking. The pause button is his friend before a battle. He needs to get ready before the attack. Hades was the life of the party. RIP You'll be missed.
LoneWolf16 Posted May 11, 2006 Posted May 11, 2006 More likely, he's got a more tactical mind when it comes to combat...I'd view Mr. Hades as being an officer commanding from far behind the lines than one in the field. As Darque said, to each their own. I had thought that some of nature's journeymen had made men and not made them well, for they imitated humanity so abominably. - Book of Counted Sorrows 'Cause I won't know the man that kills me and I don't know these men I kill but we all wind up on the same side 'cause ain't none of us doin' god's will. - Everlast
