do you plan on putting together a mailing list?

rofl.

I would think that like other gaming companies, that Obsidian will send out emails. I'll admit though that even with companies like Bio and Sierra I tend to get a bunch of mail at once, and then nothing more months on end. - though I think I heard Volourn say that he gets quite a few mailings from Bio, so who knows, even with those big companies.

uhg... more spam <_<

Why not just keep it on the main site and the message board?

I mass delete my email. I wouldn't be interested in this anyway.

Last time I checked my mail there were more then 100 new emails. Month has past since that time so now I'm afraid to go clean the place.

WARNING: Use your email regulary or you will be covered in blsht

Like any mailing list, one could just select to receive one or not. Its not like Obsidian would mass mail it against people's will.

That's good idea. It could be something like Blizzard's Insider. I found that to be handy sometimes.

damn yo, it was a simple friggin question

I get all kinds of mails from various game mailing lists (one drawback of being a reviewer) and they're mostly kind of useless. They never reveal any news to me that I haven't been able to find somewhere else before and they're usually just ads for respective company's upcoming titles.

Swedes, go to: Spel2, for the latest game reviews in swedish!
