Okay, I am working on my first mod for Oblivion and that is a race mod, that brings halflings into Oblivion. Yes, I know there are haflfings and hobbit mods in the game but neither one was satisfactory so I am making my own. I would like them to gain the following abilities that Fortify's Luck by 10 points and Fortify Agility by 10 points.
