Theres apps that let you record what is being displayed at the time. How ever to do this means the higher the quality of the graphics are set the larger the space the recorded time will take up. Avg take up is like 100mb for 30sec. So use the lowest res and graphic settings you can to get what you want.

 

One of the apps that does this is "Fraps", http://www.fraps.com/

to make your own saves, you need to have KSE, and mega x-key. Mega x-key is a must have for all xbox saves, and its like 25 bucks. anyway, its used to transfer saves from your xbox to your pc, and KSE is used to edit the save game of kotor 1 and 2 only. oh, and you can only edit certain things without corrupting the game save, i.e. you cant add feats, powers, change your name, or add party members. but you can edit cash, exp, party exp, skills, attributes, components, chemicals, thats basically all you need to have some great fun. again i warn you, you cant add feats powers or change your name.
