I must have missed the first one. What's the debate supposed to be here? I doubt a law like that is going to affect the average person very much - only those that would try to sue for stubbing their toe on the entry-way of a store.

 

If you're interested in ethics....well I don't see anything that raises any personal alarm flags from that website.

I've seen a couple theories as to why this law has even passed, most of them are purely political.

 

I doubt this board will be affected by it. But that doesn't mean the trolls get to run amuck either.
