I order from Amazon.co.uk/ regularly and I live in the US, in fact I just received a book from them last week. The cool thing is they have is the same account as my US account. So if I change my US account and it changes my UK account, as they are linked. I've even ordered fromAmazon.co.fr/ a couple of time too (which my account is also liked), and they've shipped to the US.
