August 12, 200520 yr "Unable to Save Video Settings Please close all other programs and try again" It won't let me customize my game which won't let me play KOTOR2.... It worked before but now its just messed up after I did a restore point. Anyone help me?

August 12, 200520 yr Is it a KotOR 2 message or a Windows message (if it comes up as a normal Windows message box it'll be hard to tell). I know this sounds stupid but I can't think of much else to do, but if checking the background programs as suggested doesn't help, maybe you should check if the K2 settings file is read-only? Tried a re-install? Mybe the System Restore stuffed it up....somehow. If re-installing the game doesn't work, then you're in trouble. But I'd try it.
