Atton: Pay two Twi'Lek on Nar Shaddaa, and then hear Atton our (need influence)

Bao-Dur: Influence, and then some talk

Mandalore: You can't be Jedi with such an armor! :ph34r:

Basically; what Battlewookiee said above ^^, if you need help getting influence with anyone (which is needed to convert anyone), check this thread out.

Well, in K2 you just keep talking to them. The reason why you won't be able to either convert everyone is probably that some characters are already Jedi or influence with one character conflicts with another person.
