When I play KOTOR 2, ocassionally many textures are missing, the main character has no body, there is no floor and the blast doors are green.

 

Does anyone know why this is happening?

It's a glitch, reload if it's still broken exit out of the program and restart it, it should be fine.

i restarted the game and the problem is still there

Are the same textures missing as before? Are any textures missing now that weren't before?

Do you have the latest drivers for your video-card?

It could be because of a mod you've put into your Override folder.
