Darth Brooks
When/where was the term "Mandalorian" first used? It's been awhile since I've seen the original trilogy but I don't recall Boba Fett ever really refered to as one. So is it a Lucas-ism or the brain child of the extended universe? jaguars4ever
Pertaining the origins of the Mandalorians, Darth Nuke covered their history excellently: http://forums.obsidianent.com/index.php?showtopic=31120&hl=
Darth Nuke
Mandalorians were first mentioned in the Empire Strikes Back novel, though again not by name just," A group of evil warriors who fought in the Clone Wars." The Mandalorian themselves were given a nice role in the old Marvel comics. They were mentioned again in one of boba fetts novels. Later they would take a major role in the Sith War comics and the Open Seasons comics. Of course at that time the history of the Mandalorian was so screwed up because of AOTC things had to be fixed. Thus the Mandalorians got a complete History in Insider 80. KOTOR 2 must be completed
