Oerwinde Posted May 6, 2005 Posted May 6, 2005 Jade Empire. Its the only game for Xbox I want to play, and I want to play it badly, but not badly enough to buy an Xbox for one game. Maybe if the Xbox 2, or Xenon, or Xbox 360 or whatever has backwards compatability and a good RPG lineup I might get it then. kirottu Posted May 6, 2005 Posted May 6, 2005 NEW JERSEY!!! Or else! This post is not to be enjoyed, discussed, or referenced on company time.
jaguars4ever Posted May 6, 2005 Posted May 6, 2005 J.E. shouldn't be ported to the PC unless they're willing to provide a USB XBOX replica controller with it! J.E. utilizes a 10 button combat system seamlessly and flawlessly. Not to mention the beauty of the dual analog sticks...

Yst Posted May 6, 2005 Posted May 6, 2005 Currently playing Jade Empire on Xbox. And I tell ya. It breaks my heart. Not only a console, but a Microsoft console. Sigh. Here's hoping for a PC port.
jaguars4ever Posted May 6, 2005 Posted May 6, 2005 Can't it be tinkered(ah I have a PS2 \PC gamepad ) ? Not practical. The way it's positioned is perfect - and if it ain't broke, don't fix it. The styles on the dpad the focus, chi, block, attack, power attack etc all adjacent to each other...everything within a thumb's reach away. Also, everyone's going to have a different controller so the beauty of the system will be diluted - and mouse and keyboard alone won't cut it.
Baley Posted May 6, 2005 Author Posted May 6, 2005 So they have to change the system altogheter Well Bio could do it...How does the K's fighting system function on the XBox? Edit: Oops it was suposed to be the K's :">
SteveThaiBinh Posted May 6, 2005 Posted May 6, 2005 Jade Empire, despite its apparent shortness. Bioware RPGs, while variable in quality, always have something that makes them worthwhile. "An electric puddle is not what I need right now." (Nina Kalenkov)
omnimutant Posted May 7, 2005 Posted May 7, 2005 From all I've heard about God of War, I want it for PC so I don;'t have to buy a console to play it.
