Implants and Constitution

Hello all.

I've got a question about the thing with the Implants and the constitution:

If you boost your CON with the other equipment (Head-Gear, Belts, Cristals in Lightsabers, Robes, Gloves), does this count for implants?

Or is it set by your real CON, like the Skill-Points with the real INT at LVL-UP?

I believe it's your base constitution, ie without the other modifications.

It's base constitution only. This kinda ticks me off, as I hate using points that could be used for STR, DEX or WIS. I usually top off at 12 or 14. I can live without D-Packages.

Is it the same in conversations with your WIS , INT, and so on? Or does the bonus on your abilities count there?
