Do slowdowns occur most often when you've been playing the game for long periods of time? Or do they occur even when you've just loaded the game and begin playing?

Mines occur in the weirdest places. I'll be fighting 10 or 11 people in a very large, wide open area on Telos where you'd expect plenty of slowdown and it runs smooth.

Then I get into a cramped corridor fighting 4 or 5 enemies and the game slows down. I just don't know...

But does it occur after playing the game for many hours straight? Or does it happen after just turning on the XBox and loading up the game?

I'm mainly asking to see if maybe one of the causes is the longer the XBox is running, the more the game starts to suffer. But if the slowdowns occur even when the XBox hasn't been in use for long, then this isn't really the cause.

I just got a slow twitch while on the Harbinger (2nd play through). My full game time is under 4 hours at the moment, that would have been maybe half way through that and I didn't play straight through to that point.

So.... longer play time isn't the cause by itself. It may by a symptom of larger hickups though.

The first copy I had froze from the beggining regardless of play time but the new copy has been great but occasionally after the box has been on for 8+hours of play it will start to freeze briefly every once in awhile but nothing major only a few seconds then it is back to normal, maybe character jumped ahead as if he had kept walking while it was frozen but certainly not having to restart or loosing save or anything like that. Maybe there is somthing to this but that is the new copy the 1st one was problematic from the start.
