I meant to kill Vrook(spelling?) on Dantooine, Can i go back and kill him after i have finished that planet?? I went back and looked for him but i couldn't find him.

You have to kill/confront Vrook in order to continue the storyline.

 

He's in the crystal cave incase you didn't know.
