I've got handmaiden to accept my training but havent been able to push it past that yet. I just converted atton...does that mean training handmaiden isnt available anymore? With her superior soldier combat skills I'd rather have her if I can only turn 1 person

You can train any number of them. You just need to have the Influence level to convince them to let you.

No, you can't train everybody to be a jedi.

 

Just the Disciple, Handmaiden, Atton, and Mira.

 

Mandalore, Hanharr, and the droids can't be trained.

 

In order to train them, you need to have a high enough influence with them, and then a dialogue will open up giving you the operation to train them or not.
