Did bioware or anywhere else release information on Malak or Bandon before the release of KotOR?

 

Is Obsidian using the same strategy with Nihilis?

Not sure about Bandon,Malak was in the character bio area though.

Obsidian is doing an exceptional job at keeping the mystery up. Hopefully their efforts are well worth it (I imagine it will be).

 

That they're doing their best to cover up something BIG is almost beyond doubt. Yet, they've managed to drop broad enough hints, without spoiling it entirely.

 

[Edit: I can't help but be extremely impressed by whoever is running the marketing, they're going against the grain by keeping a tight lid on things]
