Well twi'lek part depends on which country i think here she is one year below sexual allowed age, since in Denmark it 15years of age.

 

Anyways i dident give much notice to her age just thought she was cute.

Rotten or not most people have sex around that age or before, it was i huge topic not long ago even movies made around these problems.

Ya Bothans where the ones who discovered that the 2nd Death star was around Endor

 

And they probaly helped find the 3rd, and possible the 4th, don't know how many times the EU tried to recycle that plot, but I'm sure atleast twice "

True, but Bothans are a playable race, so I can't see the problem. And as for the race you suggest, I think it should be OK if powerful races cost levels as in D&D.
