because he's a Fallout fanboy and is pissed off that KOTOR 2 is being developed by developers he feels betrayed him by not developing Fallout 3.

 

Plus he's a 30+ year old grouch he seems to get his only satisfaction bitching and moaning on a message board

I see.

 

But I bet that he will still buy the game when it comes out.

The first couple of books focused more heavily on space combat.

 

The later books focused more on covert ops in general, and ground missions. The characters flesh out a lot more (those that survive, that is).

Have you read the X-Wing series of novels?  They do the same kind of thing.

I couldn't really get in to them because they had a huge amount of space combat (no kidding, eh). I'm more in to ground missions and of course Hades' favorite, Jedi combat.

You'd probably love Wraith Squadron then. Picks up at the fourth book in the X-Wing series. Lots of ground missions. Some flying missions also. Very A-Teamish. Good stuff.
