How would you compare movie (or EU) characters to the existing Jedi classes (and prestige classes)?

My views:

Jedi Guardian: Obi-Wan Kenobi: Primarily used lightsaber (with the occassional mind trick), used direct approaches like jumping out of a window to grab an assassin droid, attempted to apprehend Jango Fett on Kamino launchpad by approaching him, etc.

Jedi Sentinel: Anakin Skywalker: Used more elaborate tactics like leaping from a speeder to land on a fleeing assassins speeder 200 ft. below, sneaked past tusken guards to find his mother (even though he killed them all afterwards), etc.

Jedi Consular: Qui-Gon Jinn: Tried diplomatic approaches before drawing his lightsaber (except when ambushed), "negotiated" deals with the junk dealer Watto, etc.

Jedi Master: Yoda: Had extreme grasp of the Force, used lightsaber as absolute last resort when diplomacy or his mastery of the Force didn't work, basically a "super Consular"

Jedi Watchman: Luke Skywalker: Learned much from other Jedi, instructed a new generation of Jedi, used various tricks & tactics to solve problems (freeing himself from ice in Wampa cave, force choking Gamorrean guards, having R2-D2 smuggle his lightsaber, etc.), often did things alongside his stiupids (as opposed to Yoda who mostly sat on his ass ;) ), essentially a "veteran Sentinel"

Jedi Weapon Master: Mace Windu: Possessing extreme lightsaber skills, took initiative against the Seperatists, but learned enough to make time for some diplomacy (even if it's "aggressive negotiations"), ultimately an "experienced Guardian"

Sith Lord: Darth Sidious: An embodiment of the Darkside of the Force, always does things by putting up other groups (Trade Federation, Darth Maul, Count Dooku, his Imperial forces, Darth Vader, etc.) into fulfilling his dirty work instead of doing it himself, directly manipulates millions of people with either the Force or clever diplomacy (i.e. his political career as "Palpatine" ;) ), when the above two methods don't work he uses terrifying displays of the Darkside to utterly destroy things

Sith Assassin: Darth Vader: Tends to accomplish tasks by using subtle tactics and then going in for the kill, like sending probe droids to find the Rebel Base, and then leading a whole army to take over their base, or hiring a bounty hunter to track down a certain ship when his own fleet couldn't find it, and following the bounty hunter to the location so he set up a trap for his real target (of course despite the name "Sith Assassin" the target doesn't necessarily have to be killed...at least not physically :) )

Sith Marauder: Darth Maul: Accomplishes tasks in a direct manner and possesses extreme martial talent (in this case mastery of double-bladed lightsabers), chased down Qui-Gon Jinn on Tatooine and directly attacked him, engaged the Jedi when they returned to Naboo, etc.

Note: Some characters could be compared to getting a prestige class in KOTOR2:

Obi-Wan Kenobi (in Ep. 4) seemed like Guardian ---> Watchman (used more stealthy and subtle tactics in ANH, whereas he was more direct in Ep. 2)

Mace Windu seems like Consular ---> Weaponmaster (he remained diplomatic while he was a senior member of the Jedi Council, but when the Clone Wars started he showed his combative side, taking down even Jango Fett with his sheer lightsaber skills)

Count Dooku seems like Sentinel ---> Master ---> Sith Lord (but you can't do that in KOTOR2 so it doesn't count).

In both game review magazines I've seen, they compared the new Jedi/Sith prestige classes as follows:

Jedi Watchman: Obi Wan

Jedi Weapons Master: Mace Windu

Jedi Master: Yoda

Sith Lord: Emperor

Sith Marauder: Darth Maul

Sith Assassin: Mara Jade (pre-marriage to Luke)
