Lady's don't dodge- a few players are wanting a defensive dodge but this mutation turns the dodge into a tackle option. Essentially think of it as a running punch so it would synergize with little fist and truffle tussle. This in itself may be useful as you can tackle for a chance to stun. This could allow the tank to help a player who has aggro the mob and is about to be downed.

Web crawler. Allow you to climb up zip lines at an albeit slower place.

Dirty living (name is a call back to new Vegas) eating spoiled food heals and grants an immunity to stink. Though stalking predators may track you(wolf spider since it loves stink bugs)

JeepRs PeepRs studying and enemy places a targeted debuff. This causes increased damage to the next attack. Could be useful to have a player be a spotter for the player shooting or fighting.

Ghosted . Allows a player to run from an enemy. If they break enemies line of sight (perception based on mob) they can crouch and end hostilities. Fully empowered allows you to do this in shadows not necessarily breaking line of sight. Mosquitoes chance you and you go to grass and crouch mosquitoes give up pursuit. Damaged mobs do not get fooled by this.

Lady's Don't Dodge - If we ever get dodge I would love this.

Web Crawler: Sounds cool. The speed of my character and the length of the line would matter on whether I use it though.

Dirty Living: Wolf Spiders already stalk the player if they come across their trail. Do you mean they would actively seek you out in the game regardless of your trail? Hmm. If every wolf spider starts making their way towards the character when the mutation is triggered then time and location would impact the outcome. If the player is inaccessible, such as being the pond lab or on the picnic table, they'll be fine. Timing wise if the side effect is too short there is a good chance no wolf spiders will make it to the player before the effect ends. If the mutation lasts for a while and the player is accessible that could result in multiple wolf spiders attacking in quick succession or at the same time. Depending on the mode/settings and current armor/mutation/weapons and player skill that ranges from being a death sentence to easy grinding. You could use yourself as bait for a traps. The status would have to stay active even after the mutation is turned off or I think I'd abuse it for healing. If I needed to heal I'd turn it on, eat the spoiled food, them turn it off.

Ghosted: I like this one, especially if I can get it early in game. Even if they don't like the idea of this being a mutation, I think it would be cool if a new insect did only attack what it could see at that moment and thus hiding out of sight did work to cancel the agro. I think it would need to be a powerhouse of an insect though that way there are reason to hide.  Maybe a different future bug could be motion or sound sensitive; ignore you when you are still and charge when you move.

As far as the dirty living goes it's mainly to be like the Mithraism perk but for stinkbug/shieldbug.  As far as popping the rotten food is concerned to me they are more valuable as fertilizer so if a person wants to turn on for a meal I don't see that as a problem. As far as the perk goes it can be good or bad when it comes to spiders.  While you are walking about you have increased curiosity bloom as in the zone the spider shows interest or does the stare and wave. When you eat the spoiled item it expands the bloom.  This would be a perk useful for killing the stink bugs or exploring the trashbin or those trying to hunt spiders for fangs/venom

With the new mobs it can help you with the shieldbug for collecting super gas pods but unless the unleash a new spider varient like the widows someone else suggested it doesn't seem to be a reason to use venom arrows over basic splinters though
