Everyone's Two Cents directory path?

Everyone's Two Cents says the directory path should look like Pillars of Eternity II Deadfire > PillarsOfEternityII_Data > override > Everyone's Two Cents > conversations, manifest

but the zip file doesn't contain an ETC folder, it only shows 'conversations' and 'manifest'. Am I supposed to create the Everyone's Two Cents folder or is the install guide outdated?

    Every mod should go in it's own subfolder AFAIK.

    This is the sort of super-basic stuff that everybody takes for granted, but when you're new you simply don't know.
