Is there a way, to get to Nemnok around level 12/13 to get the staff? Maybe with spark crackers? Can't remember if it's possible without fighting the pack in front of the door.

where there's a will there's a way!

 

though i think it would be extremely, extremely hard, between the pack at the door, the death traps, and the various mobs in nemnok's lair proper. on lower difficulties with fewer mobs it might be more feasible.

I got it even earlier with a solo Assassin/Goldpact Knight. But it's kind of a timing puzzle and requires the (ab)use of Bounding Boots to stay clear of all the mobs.

The easiest way would be to export a character from another savegame who already has the staff - and then import that character as hireling into your new game.
