I believe you may be talking about Pathfinder: Kingmaker, by Owlcat Games.  Pathfinder Adventures by Obsidian Entertainment is a digital version of the Pathfinder Adventure Card Game.

I'm still pretty sure you're talking about Pathfinder: Kingmaker.
