I think it would be cool if you could salvge parts from dead droids to make completly new custimisible droids ( frankensteins sort of thing) If you have a very high repair of cours.

I wasent thinking of it in that way but good point with that one i would have hudreds of "Male" droids lined up to fight for me and id be rich

take an old hk-47 add the force field from them rolling droids in ep1 and you got one tough droid

I wouldn't mind being able to upgrade the existing droids in the party, but not to build weird freakish droid army.
