⌚ S.c.a.b watch on top of outlet unattainable

after August update you are unable to jump up the outlet cover were S.c.a.b is or was . Not sure if you moved it or if this was done to make it harder to get to it  from some other way.

i found this after i built a stairway onto the porch. just jumped down and got it.

That's how I got to the top of the box as well...ParaPuffed in like a commando.
