So every time when I join my friend and we build a base together and add all the necessity's and if the people who aren't the host, all the objects go into one spot and you can't interact with them and were they use to be is gone although they are still there but invisible. It happens when we go away from the base.

this is a known issue, no current info on it.  I've had it with a buddy while I host - he ended up exiting/reconnecting to resolve the issues - but building something new immediately had the same problem.
