hello, did you found any way to resolve this?

I'm having the same issue.  Has anyone found any help on this.  Was able to play before on the Bugs Strike Back update.  Thought I'd try out version 1.0 but now getting this message.  Tried reinstalling with no success.

Found a similar error that was posted for a different game but the fix worked for me.  I had to force the game to run with DirectX 11 instead of 12.  In Steam you just have to add -d3d11 as a launch option.  After I did that, the game started and has been running fine.  Not sure where to do this for a Windows Store app though.

Hello!

I'm sorry to hear that you all have been dealing with these crashes while trying to play Grounded 1.0. I recommend making sure your video-card and OS are both fully up to date. Then I would try reinstalling the game as files can become corrupt or damaged. If that doesn't work, I recommend submitting a support ticket.
