Due to a complicated set of circumstances I am only now able to finally play POI:II. I'm really looking forward to it (loved the original!), I've only played for a couple of minutes and enjoyed the level of freedom I got in choosing my own destiny.

Anyway, since I backed at a level that included a mention in the credits, I figured I'd look myself up. It may be a touch ego-centric, but hey, that's why the option to get your name in was there ;)

What I found is that on my version at least, the list of backers is in completely random order (split per tier, but random in each tier). Because there's so many backers in the credits (well over a thousand) I've been unable to locate myself. Is there any way to search through this list (for instance, is it a separate file in the game data)?
I'd like to at least verify my name was put in.

On a side note, I've tried to be as friendly as I can here but truth be told, I am a bit annoyed at this choice by Obsidian. These lists are normally sorted alphabetically precisely because of the number of people involved. Not doing so comes across to me as them not really caring.

it's been a while since i actually sat through the credits, but i am almost positive they are sorted alphabetically. are you sure you are looking at both first and last name sorting? (I forget which one it uses)

edit: just rewatched my own ultimate run video at the end and jesus you're right, they're not sorted at all. sociopaths! how did i ever find my own name??

Sorry to say, but the backer credits are rendered from .png images...

Ah well, I guess I have no choice but to either not look or to trawl through pages of unsorted stuff :(

Thanks for the answer though!

Luckily I found this thread. I had to manually go through all the names on the png's and did find my name!
