Grounded Bug: Quest “Explorer - Spade Gulch” Trail marker built but quest still incomplete

I did the quest “Explorer - Spade Gulch” by finishing the trail marker and it said I completed the quest. I logged back in the next day and I noticed it said incomplete so then I found out that a bug had destroyed it. I rebuilt the marker but it won’t complete the quest
