I'm not interested in any of those games. Were there any good space combat sims at E3?

Have you tried Starshatter? It's not an E3 game, but it did just get a publisher. Though it's probably based too much on the flight-sim model for your tastes.

Never heard of it and I don't might flight sim styles. The more details it has and more customization of star ships the better. :D

I recommend just finding an old copy of X-Wing Alliance, and downloading all the upgrades that have been made for the game.
