Fury Druids gain +1 PEN and a boost to range on Elements spells.

 +2 PEN actually, but that aspect has no effect for summoning blight spells.

The range increase helps, though. I know Animancy Cat (available for purchase in Sacred Stair) boosts summons but there really isn't much specifically for elements spells.
