Intellect / Perception / Constitution  the correct combo of determination and it gives that buff but description says Intellect / Resolve / Constitution, just for your info.

Oh, good catch. Never noticed that.

Neither me, till playing a Devoted/Shieldbearers, its important for a hard tank because, "Determination+Divine Purpose" covers all attributte afflictions and this description caused a confusion a bit on me.
