We will be in need of both a save file from Pillars 2 and the Pillars 1 save you have imported. Feel free to reference the link below that leads to our How to Report a Bug forum post for how to find your Pillars 2 save file and how to send the files to us. For finding the Pillars 1 save, follow the same instructions as finding the Pillars 2 save but open the Pillars of Eternity game folder instead.
