I was thinking about penetration and considering making a mod similar to what you have made here, only 4 years later. Since you have already done it, I won't. More importantly, I wanted to ask why you chose to hide it. What changes did the community patch make in particular? Penetration is more accessible now? Weapon Modals? How does that address the issue of breakpoints? Thank you.

The AR/Pen system is fine, it just gets wonky because of PotD and to a much lesser extent, Hard. That is something which I actually did address in my Tweaks mod, though I haven't playtested it in a new run yet.
