Will there going to be a select group of people to test the game, or Will there be some of beta?

With Microsoft behind them now I think it's all over. They will use Microsoft's Quality Assurance (I hope for them) and release a well-optimized game.

This is a Take-Two production. Likely Obsidian has a QA budget and will hire a small group of play testers.

Public Testing will begin once the game releases.
