I tried searching here, Google, nexusmods ... are their any mods to increase out-of-combat movement speed including running thru towns and moving through open landscape?  Ships movement too if that's also possible?

nobody has a mod to make in-city / out-of-city travel speed faster?  given there's not fast travel?  e.g., from one end of Queen's Berth map to Wild Mare, and you have to auto-run....
