So I started playing the game when it first came out and beat it. Just recently came back after I got the expansions and seem to be experiencing some serious slow loading and gameplay that I didnt seem to experience before.  I downloaded a few mods and thought they might have been slowing down the game so I turned them off and it didnt improve at all.  Battles is where it really slows down to almost a standstill.

So I saw the post about Nvidia grasphicscards where it pretty much describes my problem a little and did everything it suggested and barely increased the framrate.

I'm sorry you are starting to get poor performance during your playthrough.  Would you be able to reproduce the issue and get us the output_log.txt file as well.  It should show us what is going on in the background, and I suspect it will show some kind of spam message for what is going wrong.  If needed, you can find instructions on how to obtain this file here.
