Extra weapon slots

Reinstalled recently and need a refresher on what means are available to get more weapon slots (Holy Slayer). Already taken the skill for it. I pumped History on another character for Giftbearer's Cloth but I could retrain. Is there anything else?

Fleshmender armor from one of the bounties you can enchant to get more weapon and quick item slots.

Yes, and that's it. By the way you can't have more than 4 slots even if you take Arms Bearer, Black Jacket, Giftbearer's Cloth and Fleshmender (should result in 5 slots) you'll only have 4. UI restrictions I suppose.
