Arcane Archer Imbue Web -- getting penalty on ticks

When looking at the to hit rolls for each "tick" of the web from Imbue Web it appears to be getting the -5 Arcane Archer ACC penalty.  The odd thing is that the penalty in the tooltip doesn't have a description, it just says -5.  I've attached a screen shot.

That is a good question!  I'll get a report in for this and have the Systems Designers investigate what is going on here.  If you figure out what is going on, please feel free to post it here as I will be linking this thread to the report to be used as a reference.

Configure browser push notifications
Chrome (Android)

  3. Adjust your preference.
Chrome (Desktop)
  1. Click the padlock icon in the address bar.
  2. Select Site settings.
