I mean it only applies when shifted, which doesn't last long. I picked wildstrike frost at level 3 and just attacked Governor Clario for a laugh just to see what the wildstrike did (didn't know he was a chanter!) - after attacking him three times whilst shifted only one attack got frost damage and that was for 1 point of damage. Boeroer Posted December 28, 2018 Share Posted December 28, 2018 He's way above your level so that's not a viable test object. It adds an elemental lash to your attacks and that's all.
