The above number is the description of the base Finishing Blow which usually doesn't get changed - while the lower number is with the Upgrade from Devastating Blow.

 

I agree that the info is confusing.

Thank you for letting us know that the description of damage for Devastating Blow can come off as confusing.  I put a report together with the information you provided and sent it to the Systems Design team for an investigation and to determine what they want to do with it.  If you discover anything else about this, please continue to post it here as this thread has been linked to the report to be used as a reference.
