house2fly Posted December 21, 2018 Share Posted December 21, 2018 To get her to appear you need to be attacked by Woedican or Magranite cultists in a random encounter in Neketaka. She'll then be available to speak to at Marihi's Metalwork in Periki's Overlook. If you've completed two DLC you can have her make the Chain Of Rightful Authority; if you've completed all three DLC you can have her make the Crown Of The Exiled Queen 1 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
