Eulogy for the Dead displays as current level in quest journal incorrectly

Eulogy for the dead is displaying as appropriate for my current level, but when i go inside, the enemies are almost all 4 red skull difficulty.  The second encounter, in particular, is with an entire room full of them, which seems not even close to appropriate challenge level for my current party.

 

As best as I can tell, this seems like a display issue in the quest journal displaying the quest difficulty incorrectly?

Thank you for letting us know about this!  I've gone ahead and put a report together and assigned it to the Area Design team for an investigation.  If you discover anything else about this issue, please continue to post it here as I will be linking this thread to the report for the team to use as a reference.
