Eulogy for the dead is displaying as appropriate for my current level, but when i go inside, the enemies are almost all 4 red skull difficulty.  The second encounter, in particular, is with an entire room full of them, which seems not even close to appropriate challenge level for my current party.

 

As best as I can tell, this seems like a display issue in the quest journal displaying the quest difficulty incorrectly?
