Hello guys I got a short question.

I didn't have the chance yet to test it myself cause i'm waiting for the ps4 release.

On a stream I saw a bossfight with a boss which was immune to flank.

Does brilliant tactician proc for the tactician anyway ?

I don't believe so. I think the flanked condition needs to be applied to the boss, so if its immune, no dice. I could be wrong though.

I just fought some Eotens ( the dual heads ogres), they are immune to flanked, but I was able to get the brilliant by blind them (or any other affliction that put flanked). Be immune to flanked mean the NPC can't be flanked by engagement. But it can get the flanked status by other afflictions (Blind, disoriented etc...).

 

Now, some creature can be immune to flanked and afflictions (or have super high defenses).
