[4.0 Beta] Xoti's Lantern's "Threshing Aura" no longer scaling with Religion skill

Repro steps:

 

1. Load the attached saved game.

2. Select Xoti and go to her Character Record.

3. Observe Xoti has 23 ranks in Religion.

4. Go to Xoti's inventory and right-click her Lantern.

5. Click on Threshing Aura to see the details for the ability.

6. Observe that even though the ability's description clearly states its damage bonus scales with Religion, it currently only provides +1%. Hovering your cursor over the 1% yields no pop-up with scaling details, as the ability isn't scaling at all.

 

The ability was working fine in this save until I installed the beta patch.

I'm having the same problem right now with Light of the Dawnstar. I have it on Tekehu with lots of Religion, but when you mouse over Light of the Dawnstar it says "+0" from Religion, and is only at 8%.

Hm. It starts at 5% on my Xoti and is now at 10% with Relegion at 20. I just guess it doesn't scale very steeply?

Guess not. I rememember my Xoti having 7% sickle damage with religion around 7 or 8, pre-4.0.

 

Guess it's something like 0,25% increase pr religion point.
