Is it possible (and makes sense) to play the DLC after finishing the main quest?

(no spoilers, plz)

Game ends after the main quest, so no. I think an autosave is made before entering the final area, so you'll have to load that up if you want to do DLC content with a character you've completed the main quest with.

    Not only it is not possible but also doesn't make sense.

     

    Minor spoiler:

     

     

    You can tell an npc you are going to confront Eothas. So the DLC happens before that.

    Ok. Many thanks. So I'll wait for the December DLC before advancing the to main quest
