Characters Lose Health at Combat Start

Hey guys, I see this bug from different characters. It has applied to Xoti(monk) more regularly but usually sticks to certain melee characters(current character in pictures is monk/barb). I am not sure it is exclusive to monk characters but it may be. I don't have any injuries they just instantly have a set amount of health reduced in combat but not every time.

The health loss is probably related to the wound gain at the start of the combat.

That makes sense but it doesn't happen every time so I feel like it is not intended.

Can you provide us a save where this is occurring so I can have the team play with your party and investigate this?  If needed, you can find instructions on where your saves are located here.  If you could either attach the save here or send it to me at support@obsidian.net along with your forum user name and a link to this thread as a reference, that would be amazing.
