it seems i can't complete fruitful alliance quest. i have earlier clear the slavers and met with ruasare before getting this quest. and now i have no options to complete this quest. any help?

Hello Archaven,

 

There has been a bug where players are not being given the option to turn in Kua's head to Ruasare.  This fix is in the v3.1.0 build which is currently in the Beta Patch branch and is expected to be implemented into the Default branch later this week.  If for some reason this doesn't fix the scenario you are in, please let us know so we can look into the issue again.

  1. Tap the lock icon next to the address bar.
  2. Tap Permissions → Notifications.
  3. Adjust your preference.
Chrome (Desktop)
  1. Click the padlock icon in the address bar.
  2. Select Site settings.
