October 14, 20187 yr Is it possible to have 15 penetration and 15 armour rating on a PC before stacking food, potions, or spells? If so what class/classes/multi classes can achieve this? The only one I've tried and think is Devoted/Cipher with Mythic Warhammer. But I could be mis-remembering, and there may have been food involved.

Patinated Plate has 15 vs. melee with Bronze Juggernaut upgrade or 16 as mythical armor. 15 pen as devoted with Stiletto or Mace legendary, 16 as mythical. Estoc can reach that as well 2h. Yeah, looks like Devoted can reach 15 with a lot of weapon types just with a legendary weapon, including some ranged weapons such as arbalest and arquebus.
